This is to inform Deans, Heads of Departments (HODs), members of the Senate, Faculty Officers, and all staff that matriculation numbers for the newly admitted students have been released and are available on the university portal.

Students are advised to access the portal to obtain their matriculation numbers and print their User Charge receipts, Course Registration Forms, and Examination Cards, which will include their new numbers.

Deans, Heads of Departments, and all staff involved in invigilation are reminded that no student will be permitted to participate in any Continuous Assessment (CA) or examinations without an Examination Card. Additionally, all 100-level students must present their identity cards to be admitted into examination halls.
