Descriptive statistics, Pearson Product Moment Correlation, simple linear regression, and Chi-square tests were employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that manpower development has a strong positive and statistically significant relationship with organisational performance. The correlation result showed a strong association between manpower development and organisational performance (r = 0.612, p < 0.01), while the regression analysis indicated that manpower development significantly predicts organisational performance, accounting for 37.4% of the variation in performance outcomes (R² = 0.374). The Chi-square result further confirmed a significant association between manpower development and organisational performance. The study concluded that manpower development is a strategic driver of organisational performance. Consequently, the study recommended that management should invest continuously in employee training, mentoring, career development, and performance evaluation systems to improve productivity, efficiency, and long-term organisational competitiveness.
