All matriculating students are required to be properly robed in their respective Faculty academic gowns and be seated at the venue by 9:00am prompt on the day of the ceremony.

Gowns are obtainable from respective Faculty Officers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000.00 only.

All newly admitted undergraduate students are hereby enjoined to complete their registration processes on or before:

Tuesday, 21st April, 2026
by 3:00pm

⚠️ Failure to complete registration will result in forfeiture of admission.

All successfully screened and registered students are required to download the following from the University website ahead of the ceremony:

• Matriculation Oath
• University Anthem

Lecturers are to note that the days scheduled for the Orientation Exercise (20th – 21st April) and the Matriculation Ceremony (22nd April, 2026) have been declared lecture-free days for freshmen.
