Benue State University, Makurdi

The 65th meeting of the College Academic Board held on 23rd October 2018 approved that each Student of the College must sign an undertaking for good behaviour on arrival to be allowed into the hostels and lecture halls. 

To this effect, the Students’ Hostels shall be opened to duly registered Students on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th October 2018, from 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Meanwhile, students living in the hostels shall collect their forms at the hostel while those living off campus shall collect their forms at the same place from Monday 29th October 2018.

Forms A & B are also available on the portal for students to complete, submit online and print same for distribution as indicated on the forms.

Eligibility:

• * Collection and completion of undertaking of Good Conduct Form for Students and Guarantor’s Form for Parents
• * Evidence of payment of school fees and all other charges
• * Evidence of Hostel Allocation
• * Submission of fully signed and endorsed undertaking and Guarantor’s Forms

Note that Management shall not hesitate to apply appropriate sanctions on any student for a breach of this simple requirement.

Meanwhile, the College Management welcomes all students back to campus and wish them a fruitful stay.
